Lovely garden!

I’m a fellow Gemini with *major* organizational issues. I keep trying, too….

i never liked eggs until a couple years ago either, but I did learn to cut a mango – slice it in down the side of the pit on either side, as close to the center as possible, and then scoop the fruit out with a large spoon. I always peel the center part and then cut off as much as possible cuz i cant stand wasting that delicious fruit!

I love reading meme’s like these 7 random things. For cutting mangos to eat I find the best way is to cut off the two sides as close to the seed as possible and then use the knife to cut criss cross shapes into the mango. They form little cubes and then you can invert the mango piece (sort of like those little rubber toys that when you invert and put it on the floor they bounce up real high) and each piece will pop out for you to eat!!

This is definitely a clean way to cut mangos without getting juice all over your hands.
