		<description>If I can be an enabler here... it&#039;s really easy to use a pizza stone. I just leave mine in the oven and it helps hold the temperature when you open the door. I&#039;ve found that my other baking has been improved by not having the temperature drop 20 degrees when I check on browning (we don&#039;t have a window in the oven door). Just take the stone out when you want to broil -- it can&#039;t take that kind of heat.</description>
